What It Does

Bridge OS is a deterministic policy engine. It ensures that certain high leverage actions (approving work, signing off, finalizing decisions) can only be performed by humans. As a counter to scope creep in increasingly autonomous systems, our governance comes in the form of an incomplete output, where a human addition becomes the final say.

We preserve judgment in AI interactions as architecture — not as policy, not as hope, not as a mere post-hoc review.

What’s Been Built

• Governance engine tested, all human gates passing. The system cannot proceed without human authority at designated gates. No path through the code bypasses this.
• 96% evaluator preference for paused AI outputs over standard completion, validated in blind study across Claude and GPT architectures ( reference Artificial Diastole research)
• Provisional patent filed on core architecture
• Deterministic audit hashing — every decision logged, every gate documented, every action traceable.
